If you replay the video, you will see the Rabbit to start dreaming and waking up all over again. Due to the process of creation in Flash, everything was randomized (characters, the background, colors, sequences, the sound, etc.). The final result is completely unexpected because of the randomized Script.

17.01.1922 is a documentary about my grandmother‘s life. The body stretched in time, material condensed in a human cell. We have visited places that are very important for her: the home of her childhood, the old factory where she used to work, places and things she touched. Somehow the story is very universal...The parallel perception of those two senses I am considering as the most important in my work. Recently I think the life give us incredible opportunities to feedback your thoughts in a form of short film - so that I liked the idea to make it in a 30 sec, it is just like one thought..."

Twentyfourseven - time-lapse-like wrap up of a typical day at the office. Twentyfourseven's main objective is to shed a light on the ever recurring cycle of boredom and anesthesia in modern urban life. By doing so with a winking eye, it also ridicules all mankind efforts to overcome that cycle.

Time makes every static image dynamic is a short experiment using Screen Capture software. While people often complain about "information overload", I believe that quick close scrutiny of a single image can have similar effects to the overload that people describe. "Still" images are always scanned and moved about by our perceptions. It is simply a kind of equilibrium imposed by our consciousness that makes things seem "still" for any amount of time. In some ways this brief work illustrates the kind of time that is contained in my own scanning or reading of the image.

Their main inspiration was "the dimension and flow of time depend on the speed of moving objects” from the special relativity rule of Albert Einstein."

"I shot this film in the heart of London, Piccadilly Circus, where I found a Buddha image on an exchange-money advertising poster. I couldn't see any relations between my holy prophet and GBP or USD. In my Buddhist country, Thailand, Buddha is the sacred figure. All good Thai Buddhists normally go to the temple and worship holy Buddha. What have Westerners done to my religion? I have been trying to be optimistic, and finally, I came up with a thought that I have to thank them for this. Now, living in this bustling city, we can find it easier to worship our Buddha on the road, when we have no time to go to the temple!

Essentially portraits visualize human beings, who exist temporally. Yet this genre has traditionally approached identity as a timeless entity rather than as a temporal un-folding. Thinking of the human body and the face, we have the association to a lively organism who is interacting with the environment and is constantly changing. The change of the organism reveals itself through the passage of time. The visual inquiry questions the essential elements of the portrait which engage the spectator with the notion of temporality, change and the human being as a living being.

"Thanks Warhol” is the first film Caley has made for festival submission. It was inspired on a Sunday night by the need for inspiration and motivation to pursue what one wants. The film looks to one of Andy Warhol’s quotes as this motivation, and was made to make the viewer ‘feel something’ – not focusing on technicalities.

"Have you ever woke up before your alarm clock turns in? The queen of time is setting our biological clocks to wake up us in the right time. There is cold outside but she just keeps spinning the clocks. This short film has filmed in the beach in the coldest winter in Latvia over 60 years, there was -30 degrees outside when the film was made. I looked outside my kitchen window and understand this is the day when I need to capture my emotions in video format."

An alarm clock is encapsulated in a block of ice, suspended by a chain. Originally performed as a sound piece, the melting water drips into a copper vessel , amplified by a contact microphone. The sound created resonates as if in a cave due to the acoustic characteristics of the copper vessel, while the alarm clock - an object from the everyday – is frozen and framed in a ritual where time passes yet stays still.

This film is part of a series of videos with animated plasticize figures. This video circle is about the typical in human behavior, relationship and emotion - the big as well as the small ones. Usually I present my videos at art exhibitions, projected in a loop - no beginning, no ending. Although my figures change their position and develop themselves, they come at the same points again and again.

"We made a traditional storyboard, then a video "board", then we shot enough material for a 2-3 minute short. Then, I decided that 6 shots total would tell the story. The short was screened at the Aspen Shorts Fest last week and we are now considering a web series, adapting more Missed Connections Posts from Craigslist. It was a fun experiment! Thanks for the inspiration!!!”
